You will answer inbound calls, respond to internet inquiries, and schedule sales appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat.
• Schedule and confirm dealership sales appointments.
• Respond promptly via phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with sales team and leadership to improve customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement sessions.
