Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team.
• Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads that are not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions.
