Youll provide initial vehicle information, assist with basic financing steps, and maintain CRM records. This role offers growth from within and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality or sales.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers.
• Comfortable using computers, email, texting platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers interested in vehicles and services.
• Answer inbound calls, inquiries, and live chat; schedule sales appointments.
• Provide initial vehicle and dealership information and assist with financing basics.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records; collaborate with sales teams.
