Job summary

Feldman Automotive in Livonia, MI is seeking a BDC Representative to ensure customers have a positive experience from first inquiry through the engagement. You will manage calls, emails, and chats, and coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency. Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred, and automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential and existing customers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team and ensure information is documented accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Update customer information in the database and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
