Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with phones or Telemarketing in automotive, business development or customer service preferred.
• Follow scripts and use power tracks to guide conversations.
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at first contact.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage with BDC Manager effectively.
• Well-organized, multitask, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls per script and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow-ups and confirm appointments.
• Update customer changes in database and purge outdated data.
• Generate letters, postcards, and emails for scheduled reminders.
• Notify departments when appointments are scheduled and assist with other duties.
