Madison Honda is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, service-forward environment. You'll handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, log customer comments, and support sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phone or Telemarketing experience in automotive, business development, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with scripts, power tracks and alternative choices.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly at first contact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication; efficient dialogue with BDC Manager.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls per script and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow-up contacts if no appointment is made.
• Contact customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales and service.
• Confirm scheduled appointments and post them on the appointment board.
• Reschedule no-show appointments and follow up with relevant departments.
• Generate letters, postcards, and emails for automated follow-up reminders.
• Notify departments when appointments are scheduled and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly goals.
