Madison Honda in Phillipsburg, NJ seeks an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and maintain customer records with a proactive, customer-centric approach.

The role emphasizes script adherence, follow-up discipline, data entry, and collaboration with Sales/Service teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive dealership performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous phone or telemarketing experience in automotive, business development or customer service requested.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at first contact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to initiate dialogue with management.
• Organized, multitasking, self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Microsoft Word and basic data entry skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls according to script and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow-ups and confirm appointments.
• Contact customers to schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
• Post scheduled appointments on the BDC appointment board.
• Reschedule no-show appointments and follow up on outcomes.
• Update customer changes in the database and generate follow-up communications.
• Assist with other duties as assigned and strive to meet monthly goals.
