Job summary

Vern Eide is hiring for an Automotive BDC Service Coordinator to serve as the main contact for service inquiries and scheduling. This in-office, full-time position works 8 am–6 pm, with one Saturday per month and a paid day off after that Saturday. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, automotive or service-related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all service inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule service appointments with customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with service team to meet customer needs.
• Handle concerns or complaints and escalate issues when needed.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Support in coordinating service promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor online service inquiries and appointment requests.
• Collaborate with team to meet department goals.
• Restock coffee station and kitchen supplies.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BDC Service Coordinator to join our team. The BDC (Business Development Center) Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service and problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The pay is $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month, and employees receive a day off after working a Saturday. Hours are 8 am to 6 pm.

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong keyboarding/typing skills
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
