Kelly Nissan of Woburn is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and solid computer skills to schedule service appointments and respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat.

This full‑time role involves confirming appointments, advising on maintenance recommendations, and assisting service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone, email and chat after each appointment
• Actively listen to customers, answering questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
• Advise maintenance recommendations
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
• Assist with managing service loaner fleet
• Assist with daily scanning of reports
• Assist service advisors and service manager on daily tasks as needed

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong customer service background and computer skills. The day-to-day duties of this role include scheduling service appointments, respond quickly to customer phone calls, and confirm scheduled appointments.

Compensation

• $22 hour base pay plus monthly bonuses paid on performance at month end
• $44,000-$55,000 per year based on performance
