Job summary

Gee Automotive Companies is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Representative to support the Service Department by handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In this role you will answer multiple channels, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and work closely with Service Advisors to drive appointments and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Dealership, CRM, or service scheduling experience is a plus.
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointment.
• Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and customer retention efforts
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
• Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments
• Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs
• Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals
