Dan Hecht Chevrolet Toyota is seeking a friendly, organized BDC Service Representative to join our team in the service department. You will communicate with service customers, schedule appointments, and follow up to ensure a positive experience before, during, and after visits.

The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is comfortable on the phone, has strong follow-up skills, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to customers who are due or overdue for maintenance and service.
• Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and dealership availability.
• Confirm upcoming service appointments and help reduce missed appointments.
• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and identify any concerns.
• Contact customers regarding manufacturer-recommended maintenance and dealership service campaigns.
• Assist with service appointment reminders, declined services, and customer follow‑up opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointment details, and communication records in the dealership CRM/DMS.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Department to keep appointment information accurate and up to date.
