Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and drive appointment generation, lead conversion, and exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of BDC Representatives, implement proven scripts and workflows, monitor metrics, and collaborate with Sales Management to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership BDC management experience is required.
• Proven success leading a BDC or Internet Sales Department in a dealership.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Results-driven with lead conversion and customer retention focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience in a process-driven dealership environment.
• Knowledge of social media and online engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Business Development Center team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to internet leads while ensuring your team follows the same high standards.
• Utilize proven scripts, workflows, and best practices to create a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor and ensure all customer inquiries are entered accurately into the dealership CRM.
• Oversee appointment generation while improving appointment show rates and sales conversions.
• Effectively utilize CRM and lead management tools to maximize opportunities.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with the Sales Management team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Compile reports, monitor team performance, and maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
