You will schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with service staff to ensure timely, quality service while meeting monthly metrics.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required in call center or related environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting with multiple computer programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required.
