Dralle Chevrolet Buick is looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized BDC Representative to join our sales team. The BDC Representative is responsible for responding to internet leads, following up with prospective customers, setting qualified appointments, and helping turn opportunities into showroom visits and vehicle sales.
The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email, has excellent follow-up skills, and understands that speed, consistency, and persistence win customers.

Responsibilities
- Respond to all internet and BDC leads quickly and professionally.
- Make outbound phone calls, send texts, and emails to prospective customers.
- Follow up with unsold leads and previous customers consistently.
- Set quality appointments for the sales team.
- Confirm appointments and work to reduce no-shows.
- Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the CRM.
- Monitor and work all assigned leads until they purchase, opt out, or become inactive.
- Re-engage customers who previously inquired but did not purchase.
- Contact previous customers for trade-in, upgrade, and vehicle purchase opportunities.
- Communicate current Chevrolet and Buick incentives, specials, and inventory.
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Track appointment activity, show rates, sold appointments, and other BDC performance metrics.
- Follow dealership processes for lead response and follow-up.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude with every customer.
Requirements
- Automotive sales or BDC experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, texting, and email.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Persistent without being pushy.
- Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team.
