Bettenhausen Automotive is expanding its Sales BDC team to support three locations and seeks a motivated BDC Manager to lead and develop the team. The role focuses on coaching, daily operations, and driving performance through data-driven strategies, with strong collaboration across Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate brings automotive BDC experience, high energy, and a passion for customer satisfaction, while promoting a positive, professional culture and strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Sales BDC Manager.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations preferred.
• Automotive BDC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC Representatives to meet and exceed goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the Sales BDC for all store locations.
• Monitor call, lead, and appointment performance metrics for efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to increase show rates and conversions.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize lead generation.
