North American Companies is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Manager to lead the BDC Consultants and drive department metrics across Internet and inbound channels. The role includes training, process installation, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have dealership and sales experience, strong PC and CRM skills, and the ability to manage schedules and payroll in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Previous dealership experience required.
• Must have sales experience.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and personal computer software packages, CRM, Internet, Outlook Email, MS Word, MS Excel and various other applications.
• Ability to work in call center environment.
• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and consistently display professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BDC Consultants and ensure department metrics and goals are met.
• Grow ROI levels and assist in sales of vehicles, service, aftermarket, and finance products.
• Train BDC staff on e-Sales office functions.
• Be proficient in customer communication via telephone and email.
• Administer reports and payroll time clock reporting.
• Use CRM and lead management tools; install processes and train employees.
• Hire, evaluate, manage, counsel, and discipline BDC personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of sales process and products.
• Follow company behavioral expectations.
