Qualifications

• Previous Automotive BDC Manager experience required.
• Proven success leading a dealership BDC team.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and lead management processes.
• Experience with internet sales, digital retailing, and customer follow-up strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and drive performance through accountability.
• Professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dealership's Business Development Center.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate BDC representatives.
• Monitor inbound and outbound call performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up on internet, phone, and digital leads.
• Drive appointment-setting and appointment-show rates.
• Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Work closely with sales management to maximize lead conversion.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Develop and enforce BDC best practices and processes.
