Methuen CDJR, a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Methuen, MA, is seeking a hands-on BDC Manager to own phones, internet leads, and follow-up. You’ll lead a growing team, coach agents, and drive KPIs from contact rate to appointments sold.

This full-time, in-person role offers a weekly pay cycle and a compensation range of $55,000 to $85,000, plus performance bonuses. You’ll build campaigns, manage CRM hygiene, and partner with sales leadership to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a BDC or high-volume call-center in automotive retail.
• Automotive BDC experience strongly preferred; CDJR is a plus.
• Proven ability to coach agents to higher KPIs and performance.
• Deep CRM proficiency with reports and analytics.
• Excellent phone presence and clear written communication.
• High-energy and accountable leadership from the front.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the BDC — inbound calls, internet leads, chat, and outbound follow-up.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop BDC Agents to hit their KPIs.
• Own the team scoreboard: contact rate, appointments set, appointments shown, and appointments sold.
• Monitor call quality, script adherence, and CRM discipline through live listens and reviews.
• Build and refine outbound campaigns for unsold showroom and internet leads.
• Own CRM hygiene — every lead worked, every follow-up completed, every promise kept.
• Run daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones; report outcomes to leadership.
