You will manage a high-volume call flow, respond to inquiries, and convert online leads into appointments, while leveraging CRM tools to maximize efficiency and results.

The role emphasizes strong communication, robust sales experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to enhance the car-buying experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience setting up/running/managing an Automotive BDC is required.
• Excellent phone presence and strong communication skills required.
• Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience is required.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Previous CRM experience is a plus.
• Experience with Internet/Web response centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
• Respond to phone inquiries in a professional manner.
• Reply to online/email leads with sales information per store standards.
• Maintain a log of daily activities and completed tasks.
• Set appointments as necessary and follow up with customers.
• Utilize prospecting/marketing tools and CRM systems as applicable.
• Maintain logs of customers who visit the dealership.
• Support achieving maximum profit potential for sales.
