Lia Auto Group in Northampton, MA is seeking an Experienced Internet Sales/Business Development Center Agent to join our team. The role offers a compensation range of $40K-$55K+ and a sign-on bonus is not offered.

The ideal candidate will handle internet and phone leads, work with the BDC, sales and management teams, and maintain CRM activity to drive appointments and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and a professional demeanor are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Organized and ambitious self starter with enthusiastic personality.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Prior experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face-to-face.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet and phone leads and maintain follow up until appointment is made.
• Reach out to missed appointments.
• Collaborate with BDC, sales and management to streamline the process.
• Use the CRM daily to track progress.
• Answer product questions and explain current specials.
• Set appointments and follow up with customers post-visit.
