You will hire and train a team, monitor performance, and develop online promotional strategies to attract new customers.

Responsibilities

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet).
• Develops viable sales forecasts and sales strategies.
• Hires, trains, and monitors team performance.
• Promotes the dealership online via social media.
• Assists sales staff to manage deals from start to finish.
• Responds to new leads and communicates with customers within time frames.
• Provides timely reports on all sales activities as needed.
• Performs customer follow-up to unsold customers to maximize opportunities.
• Maintains a sold customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
