Job summary

Tameron Honda Eastern Shore is seeking an experienced BDC/Internet Sales Manager to lead our Internet Sales Consultants across multiple locations. You will drive performance metrics, coach a high-energy team, and optimize customer interactions through phone, email, and chat.

In this role, you will monitor CRM activity, mentor team members on best practices, and partner with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and strong appointment results.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, or automotive sales management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools (DriveCentric, CDK) preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC/Internet Sales Consultants across multiple Tameron locations.
• Drive performance metrics including appointment set, show, and sold ratios.
• Monitor and manage all incoming phone calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries through the CRM platform.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with customers via phone, email, and text.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices, scripts, and objection handling.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless handoff and appointment success.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and hold team accountable to performance goals.
• Improve processes to increase lead conversion, response time, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results and growth.
