Phillipsburg Easton Honda is seeking a full-time Automotive Sales/Service BDC Receptionist in Phillipsburg, NJ. You will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales and service appointments, following established scripts to ensure consistent customer service and bookings.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, automotive, or business development preferred.
• Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, or similar customer contact processes.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor as first point of contact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and general computer/data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming calls according to provided scripts and schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to customers for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Log customer comments and update customer information in the database.
• Schedule follow-up contacts when appointments are not made.
• Confirm and reschedule no-show appointments as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to track appointment results.
• Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails following predetermined timelines.
• Respond to website customer requests and contact internet leads by phone and email.
• Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned and meet monthly performance goals.
