Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction.
• Promote Mercedes-Benz services and products by phone, email, and chat, using available resources to respond to prospective customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collect lead information and maintain accurate customer data in all database and reporting systems.
• Follow up promptly on customer inquiries that cannot be resolved during the initial interaction.
• Schedule appointments for service customers.
• Demonstrate the Mercedes-Benz vision and core values in all duties and responsibilities.
• Develop a working knowledge of other departments and their functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused work environment.
