MileOne Autogroup is seeking a Business Development Associate for Mercedes Benz Chesterfield to handle internet inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist the sales team in converting leads into customers. Strong phone skills and service mindset are essential.

The role involves inbound calls, online lead management, and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience or relevant dealership experience.

Responsabilités

• Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the sales department.
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
• Proactive reach out to leads to try to schedule appointments.
• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
