Victory Automotive Group in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to manage inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests, and service questions with a friendly, professional approach. You'll work closely with Sales and Service teams to convert interest into appointments and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in administrative or call-center roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and a courteous, results-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant admin/clerical/CSR experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound sales and service appointment queries by scheduling/confirming appointments and following up.
• Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets; confirm special order parts.
• Help follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage required paperwork and records; prepare documentation when needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
