Job summary

Wilde Toyota in Wisconsin is seeking a BDC Administrator to support customer relations and dealership operations. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reports to the Sales Manager on-site in Waukesha.

You will work with a team of Sales, Service, and Parts professionals, gaining access to training and growth opportunities within the Lithia & Driveway family. Compensation to be discussed in-person.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related customer-facing role.
• 1+ experience using computers, email, and customer management systems.
• 1+ experience entering and maintaining accurate customer information.
• 1+ experience communicating with customers by phone.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relations processes that improve the dealership experience and customer retention.
• Partner with store leadership to identify opportunities and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate customer information for follow-up, and retention efforts.
• Stay current on dealership products, pricing, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
• Use phone, email, and dealership systems to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns, resolving issues when possible and escalating complex concerns to leadership.
• Connect with current and prospective customers through inbound leads, previous customer lists, referrals, service customers, and other dealership opportunities.
