Job summary

Wilde Toyota in the Milwaukee area is seeking a BDC Administrator to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems and email communications.

Collaborating with the Sales Manager and team, you will follow up with leads, provide timely information, and help improve customer retention. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience using computers, email, and customer management systems.
• Experience entering and maintaining accurate customer information.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relations processes that improve the dealership experience and customer retention.
• Follow up with customers via phone and email and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information and ensure timely data entry.
• Escalate complex concerns to leadership when needed.
