Job summary

Sommer’s Automotive in Mequon, WI is seeking an Automotive BDC Agent to join our fast-paced customer-service team. This full-time, non-exempt role involves handling inbound inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and supporting sales and service teams to drive customer satisfaction.

You will work about 40–45 hours per week, with Saturdays required. Pay includes base hourly rate plus commission and a 90-day pay guarantee, offering a clear path to earning between $50,000 and $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-service or sales-support role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage CRM notes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule service appointments and confirm details with customers.
• Explain service options, promotions, and general inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales and service departments.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Support marketing campaigns to drive new leads and business.
• Meet targets for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
