Job summary

Alliance Auto Body Parts Inc is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain client relationships in the Houston area. This role focuses on expanding an existing book of business through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic account development.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, be bilingual in Spanish, and maintain a professional appearance while driving to client sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers, demonstrate products, explain promotions and stocking opportunities.
• Collaborate with store/operations personnel to improve service and resolve client issues.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve personal growth plans.
• Implement and support the company’s sales promotions.
• Schedule client appointments and work with their calendars.
• Complete a minimum of 15 in-person sales meetings daily.
• Document all sales calls in the CRM during or after visits.
• Evaluate call frequency and set a consistent pre-set appointment cadence.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association events as scheduled.
