Job summary

TPH Holdings LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B client base through proactive prospecting and meaningful relationships. You will conduct frequent in-person visits, demonstrate products, and close opportunities.

The role requires at least 2 years in B2B sales, Spanish bilingual ability, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. Automotive experience is a plus; we offer a comprehensive benefits package and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have your vehicle.
• Automotive experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers – demonstrate products and explain promotions.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans.
• Fully document all sales calls in our CRM during or after each visit.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association functions as scheduled.
• Work with store/operations personnel to improve service and resolve issues.
