The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B sales experience, is bilingual in Spanish, and possesses a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. A professional appearance is essential, and automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have your vehicle.
• Professional appearance.
• Automotive experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers – demonstrate products, explain promotions, and seek stocking opportunities.
• Collaborate with store/operations personnel to improve service and resolve client issues.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans.
• Implement and support the company’s sales promotions.
• Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with their schedules.
• Complete a minimum of 15 sales meetings with clients in person every day.
• Document all sales calls in the CRM during or after each visit.
• Evaluate the frequency of client sales calls and establish a preset appointment rhythm.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association functions as scheduled.
