Job summary

XL Parts in Houston is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain client relationships, develop strategies to grow an existing book, and prospect to add new accounts.

You will conduct active visits, demonstrate products, schedule appointments, document calls in our CRM, and work with store personnel to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B sales, Spanish bilingual, a valid driver's license, and owns a vehicle; automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurance.
• Must own a vehicle.
• Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate products and explain promotions.
• Sign up new accounts and grow sales.
• Schedule client appointments and manage CRM notes.
• Attend meetings and association events.
• Work with store/operations to resolve issues.
• Meet daily target of 15 in-person sales meetings.
• Promote and implement sales promotions.
• Develop strategies to grow existing business book.
• Document all sales calls in the CRM.
