XL Parts / The Parts House in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with automotive clients. You will develop strategies to grow an existing business book, while cold calling and prospecting to add to it.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Professional appearance.
• Automotive experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers, demonstrate products, and identify stocking opportunities.
• Collaborate with store personnel to improve service and resolve client issues.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and meet individual growth plans.
• Schedule client appointments and maintain CRM notes after visits.
• Attend meetings and industry events as scheduled.
• Maintain a professional, goal-driven approach to achieve targets.
• Document all sales calls in the CRM during or after each visit.
• Evaluate calling frequency and establish consistent appointments.
