Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to interface with customers and understand needs.
• Maintain open communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selection of products based on project scope.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on status.
• Understand technical products (pressures, flows, etc.).
• Enter orders into ERP system and Salesforce to aid the Technical Sales team.
• Document quotations and follow-up in Salesforce/ERP.
• Process all orders through GEBCO ERP system.
• Make day-to-day pricing decisions within parameters.
• Coordinate with outside salesperson to grow accounts within territory.
• Occasional on-site customer interaction may be required.
