Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selection of products based on project scope and prepare quotations.
• Understand technical products and related concepts (pressure, flow, resistance).
• Troubleshoot situations with customers and interpret problems.
• Enter orders into ERP and Salesforce to support the Technical Sales team.
• Document quotations and follow-up through Salesforce/ERP.
• Process orders through GEBCO ERP system.
• Make day-to-day pricing and customer-care decisions within parameters.
• Coordinate with outside sales to develop accounts in the territory.
• Interact with customers on-site as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
