Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to interface with customers to determine needs and communicate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection based on project needs, prepare quotations, and follow up.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of technical products including concepts like pressure, flow, and resistance.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and interpret problems.
• Enter orders into the ERP system and Salesforce to support the Technical Sales team.
• Document quotations and follow up through Salesforce/ERP.
• Process all orders through the GEBCO ERP system.
• Make day-to-day pricing and customer-care decisions within established parameters.
• Coordinate regularly with outside sales to grow accounts in the designated territory.
• Occasionally interact with customers on-site.
• All other duties as assigned.
