Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales with revenue targets.
• Experience selling robot automation or systems integration.
• Experience selling capital equipment to manufacturers.
• Strong technical aptitude to discuss robotic systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a complex sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Grow new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to order closure.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to meet customer expectations.
• Develop territory plans and revenue targets.
• Represent Sapience at trade shows and events.
• Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline forecasts.
• Negotiate terms and pricing in line with margins.
