Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in a Senior robot programming role.
• Experience with robot simulation software.
• Understanding of 3D CAD tools.
• Familiarity with PLCs and control systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize robot programs for material handling, assembly, painting, packaging, and other tasks.
• Lead the process engineering activities and oversee the group’s projects and timelines.
• Validate cycles and tooling designs using simulation software.
• Provide customer training and support during FAT and deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Applications teams to engineer robot systems.
• Integrate robots with PLCs and control devices.
