Job summary

Redwood Software is seeking Engagement Managers to lead multiple complex, enterprise-level customer engagements for our Professional Services team. You will partner with Sales to define SOWs, develop detailed project plans, and ensure projects deliver value on time and within budget.

You will manage cross-functional teams, liaise with executives, and forecast resources for successful implementations of Redwood products, including opportunities to apply AI-driven improvements across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading customer-facing programs/projects for enterprise engagements.
• 2+ years guiding automation or PSA-driven projects.
• ERP experience, SAP awareness is a bonus.
• Strong written, verbal and executive-level presentation skills.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engagements to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, risks, and financial tracking.
• Communicate milestones and delays to customers and stakeholders.
• Guide customers to successful implementation of Redwood products.
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with PS management to hit KPIs and optimize resources.
• Explore AI opportunities to drive efficiencies.
