Job summary

ReadyOn is seeking an Engagement Manager to own enterprise deployments end-to-end, from signed SOW through implementation. You will work with Fortune 500 clients to turn complex frontline labor operations into clear deployment plans, while codifying learnings into reusable playbooks for scale.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive value realization, forecast outcomes, and lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to simplify complex AI/data integration concepts for non-technical frontline managers.
• Experience bridging product/engineering with client operations to drive deployments.
• Track record delivering high-impact enterprise deployments in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Enterprise Deployments: manage SOW through go-live and ensure delivery momentum.
• Drive Executive Alignment & Value Realization with stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Enable Rapid Product Innovation by translating deployment learnings into product insights.
• Build Scalable Delivery Systems by codifying execution into reusable playbooks and dashboards.
• Enable Enterprise Expansion by identifying renewal/upsell opportunities across sites.
