Job summary

Workday is seeking an Engagement Manager in the AI Practice to own end-to-end customer relationships across multiple enterprise accounts, from deployment through the lifecycle of the partnership. You will guide AI adoption, shape product feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will work with senior leaders, manage timelines and risks, and mentor Professional Services staff to ensure successful implementations across large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Medium and/or Large Enterprise implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Enterprise application implementations (Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Cornerstone, or similar) or top-tier strategy consulting/VC/ops roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise customer engagements across deployment to lifecycle.
• Partner with C-level executives on AI strategy and transformation.
• Lead concurrent implementations within SOX/budget/timeline.
• Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination for long-term adoption.
• Identify retention opportunities and expanded engagement areas.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services team members.
