Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Network Operations Intern/Co-Op in Plano, TX for a 12-week program. You will support monitoring, incident response, and service assurance while learning how large telecom networks operate.

Qualifications

• 2.7+ GPA or equivalent, Upload unofficial transcript
• Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, master's, or PhD on a full-time basis
• Available for a full-time internship for 12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Develop automation of maintenance tasks using Phyton, Linux Bash, Groovy and Java
• Participate to build AI use cases to turn operations from reactive to predictive
• Assist in monitoring network alarms and events; classify and escalate issues
• Support the incident management process by tracking tickets and updates
• Learn how core network and RAN components are monitored and maintained
• Help analyze logs, alarms, and performance metrics to identify service issues
• Support controlled remote access and change management per procedures
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and service teams to resolve issues
• Contribute to playbooks, automation scripts, or dashboard improvements
