Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong Linux experience and command-line proficiency.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, TCP/UDP, DNS).

Responsibilities

• Develop automation for maintenance tasks using Python, Linux Bash, Groovy and Java.
• Contribute to AI use cases to move operations from reactive to predictive.
• Monitor alarms and events and classify issues for escalation.
• Support incident management by tracking tickets and updates.
• Learn core network and RAN monitoring and maintenance.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify service issues.
• Assist with change management and controlled remote access.
• Maintain incident records and status reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and service teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to playbooks and dashboards for efficiency.
