You will develop automation, participate in AI use cases for predictive operations, and assist with incident management and change processes under supervision.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, CS, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong networking fundamentals and OSI model knowledge.
• Familiarity with Linux command line and basic CLI.
• Experience with scripting or programming foundations.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation for maintenance tasks using Python, Bash, Groovy, and Java.
• Contribute to AI use cases to make operations more predictive.
• Monitor network alarms and classify issues for escalation.
• Support incident management by tracking tickets and assisting with troubleshooting.
• Learn core network and RAN monitoring and maintenance tasks.
