Responsibilities

• Support analysis and resolution of telecom equipment, network, and service issues.
• Assist with repair, incident, problem, and service-support processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify recurring issues, trends, risks, and improvements.
• Develop or enhance automation solutions for repetitive support and repair tasks.
• Explore AI, ML, and intelligent automation in customer support operations.
• Assist with testing, documenting, and deploying tools, scripts, and workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, dashboards, work instructions, and process records.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives within Ericsson customer support.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply, quality, and customers.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Participate in team projects and other tasks assigned by manager/mentor.
