Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, scripting, data analysis, or workflow improvement.
• Familiarity with programming or automation languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell.
• Currently enrolled full-time for a 12-week internship.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and resolution of telecommunications equipment, network, and service-related issues.
• Assist with repair, incident, problem, and service-support processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify recurring issues, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop or enhance automation solutions for repetitive support and repair activities.
• Explore AI, ML, and intelligent automation applications in customer support operations.
• Assist with testing, documenting, and deploying tools, scripts, and workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, dashboards, and process records.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply, quality, and customer-facing teams.
