Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of building systems and automated material handling equipment at a client facility. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with the Client and operations teams.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred candidates may hold an associate degree and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate’s or higher degree in mechanical/electrical field.
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent in electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
