Job summary

CBRE is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations for a major online retailer.

Role requires problem solving, tool use, and reliable preventative maintenance, with a focus on safety and teamwork across CBRE's global network.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Familiarity with MHE safety standards and general problem solving in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues on MHE including belts, motors, sensors, and relays.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Foster positive relationships with the Client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
