Job summary

CBRE is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the operation of client facilities, focusing on maintaining material handling equipment and robotic systems. The role emphasizes safety and reliability in a fast-paced, large-scale distribution environment.

You will repair, service, and improve facility systems, documenting preventive maintenance and collaborating with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
